    Disappointing experience with zero service.
    Walked into the office and although busy you would at least expect an acknowledgement from any staff member saying hello we will be with you in a moment take a seat? Nothing.....my friend and I waked in sat down and waited to be acknowledged after 10 minutes of waiting and getting no eye contact at all we just got up and left. Walked across to HELLO WORLD where we were greeted immediately by a friendly staff member and booked our holiday. FLIGHT CENTRE you have no customer service abilities and lost a sale.
